Umami

Umami tracks the basics any site owner actually wants — page views, referrers, countries, device types — without the invasive individual tracking, cookie banners, or data-selling that come with Google Analytics.

It's a single lightweight container with its own dashboard, and dropping one small tracking script into a site's pages is all that's needed to start seeing real traffic data, entirely on infrastructure I control instead of Google's.
