Uptime Kuma checks on every self-hosted service on a regular interval and shows a live status page of what's up, what's down, and how each one has performed over time, the same idea as a commercial uptime-monitoring subscription.
It's what turns "is the server actually working?" from a guess into an answer, and it's usually the first thing checked when something seems off.
